The next level of wins comes when 3 glowing asteroids stop on a covered pay-line. A ship's console and a blue alien with two different sized eyes looking out a red space ship's porthole round out the next level of wins as long as 1 or more stop on a covered pay-line.
The top win occurs when all 5 "What on Earth" logo reel symbols stop on a covered pay-line. But you get a win for just 1 stopping on a pay-line. The "What on Earth" logo also doubles as a wild symbol when paired up with the ships' console and the blue alien looking out the porthole. Three different reel symbols provide the scatter win, a space shuttle, space ship and a rocket.
When any 3 of the scatter symbols stop anywhere on 3 or more of the 5 reels a scatter win is paid. If 3 or more scatter symbols stop on adjacent reels a "beam em up" bonus round is triggered.
Once you get a bonus round you must choose 1 of 5 aliens in their space packs, hovering over earth ready to beam up a variety of earthlings and earthly items. There are a total of 13 earthlings and earth items each assigned a multiplier value. Earth items are things like a flowerpot, a teddy bear and baby, which pay the lowest.
The multiplier ranges from 3 times your wager to 200 times your wager. When you pick your alien it beams up one of the earthlings or earth items to reveal your win. If you pick the right alien you may be lucky enough to get entered into a contest where the 5 aliens compete against each other in a timed game to bean up as many earthlings and earth items as possible. The hover packs have a green bar that indicates the time remaining.
If you pick the alien with the globe you trigger a destination bonus game. You need to select 1 of 4 more populated world locations, Cairo, Tokyo, New York and London. After then you select another alien that may beam up an earthling where you can win anywhere from 20 to 200 times your wager or bean up one of 4 special characters to win 400 times your wager.
